About this notice
This notice explains how Amerix Consulting handles information connected with this website and inquiries sent to Amerix. It does not replace the confidentiality or data-handling terms of a separate client agreement.
Information connected with an inquiry
When you submit the inquiry form or email Amerix, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, optional phone number, service interest, and message. We use that information to respond, discuss a potential engagement, and manage related business communications. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create an appointment.
Email links open your email application; clicking a link does not itself send a message. The inquiry form sends information securely to Amerix for processing and delivery to our business mailbox. Please do not include passwords, regulated personal information, procurement-sensitive information, or confidential system details in an initial inquiry. We can discuss a suitable channel for information needed for an engagement.
Website operation
Our website and inquiry processing are hosted using Microsoft Azure. Delivering and protecting these services can involve technical information such as network addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times being processed by the hosting service. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse; Cloudflare processes browser and network signals for that security check.
Our application uses one-way keyed identifiers and short-lived counters to limit repeated or excessive submissions. Application-controlled telemetry records request references, timing, and fixed status codes rather than inquiry content or security tokens. Platform providers may process technical data under their own operating practices. The form does not use the experimental operator bridge, and this website does not include an embedded booking tool.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers, including Microsoft for website hosting, inquiry processing, and business email, and Cloudflare for form security checks. The inquiry message is delivered to Amerix's business mailbox; the Cloudflare verification request uses the security token, not the message content. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to protect legal rights or the security of our services. Amerix does not sell or rent personal information supplied through inquiries.
Retention and safeguards
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose what information to include in an inquiry and ask us not to send further nonessential follow-up communications. To request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, email info@amerixconsulting.com. We will consider your request under applicable law and may need to verify your identity or retain information where a legal obligation or other lawful exception applies.
Other websites and updates
If you follow a link to another website, its own privacy notice and practices apply. We review this notice when our practices change, including before adding a booking tool or analytics that changes information handling. The published version shows its last-updated date.
