Requirements vary by jurisdiction, mission, data, policy, and risk. Amerix begins by understanding the organization’s context rather than applying a single delivery template.
Cloud and modernization decisions shaped by mission needs, federal policy, security responsibilities, and agency authorization requirements.
Practical roadmaps that account for public accountability, operational continuity, shared services, budget constraints, and local requirements.
Strategy and resilience planning grounded in institutional priorities, service continuity, data responsibilities, and the needs of diverse stakeholders.

Explore ServiceAI Advisory & Governance
Amerix helps public-sector teams evaluate AI opportunities in the context of mission, data responsibilities, operating constraints, and applicable organizational requirements. Advisory work supports, rather than replaces, agency review and approval.
Assess where AI can support service delivery or internal operations, and where a non-AI approach may be more appropriate.
Consider information sensitivity, user impact, human oversight, accessibility, vendor dependencies, and evidence needs before adoption.
Define ownership, review gates, escalation, and documentation so decisions remain with the authorized people and organizations.
Our approach
Public-sector technology work requires clarity about mission, risk, authority, responsibilities, and evidence. The advisory process makes those considerations visible before delivery is sequenced.
Begin with the public outcome, critical services, stakeholders, constraints, and the decisions the technology environment must support.
Connect architecture choices to policy, decision rights, control responsibilities, financial accountability, and operational ownership.
Evaluate dependencies, security and privacy considerations, resilience, transition risk, and the consequences of disruption before sequencing change.
Use phased roadmaps, explicit decision gates, validation criteria, and accountable milestones to manage modernization and migration activity.
Framework considerations
Framework selection and applicability are established with the organization based on mission, system scope, information type, jurisdiction, policy, and risk.
NIST considerations
NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 provides high-level outcomes for governing and managing cybersecurity risk. Amerix can help relate cloud, modernization, governance, and resilience recommendations to applicable NIST guidance and organizational requirements. The framework is guidance—not an Amerix certification or a substitute for agency policy and authorization decisions.
FedRAMP considerations
For applicable federal use cases, Amerix can advise on cloud-service selection, shared responsibilities, architecture, scope, and planning informed by FedRAMP requirements. FedRAMP certification applies to a cloud service offering; the agency remains responsible for authorizing its information system and specific use. Amerix does not issue FedRAMP certifications or agency authorizations to operate.
Advisory boundary: Amerix supports analysis, architecture, governance, and planning. Final control applicability, risk acceptance, authorization, certification, and procurement decisions remain with the responsible organization and designated authorities.
Public Sector inquiry
Connect with Amerix to discuss a public-sector cloud, AI, cost, modernization, or resilience priority without presuming a contract vehicle, certification, or authorization path.
